Decided to try this out.
End Product.Noodles.
Shredded Cucumber.
Chopped Jalapenos.
Green Onions.
Minced Pork.
Chopped Red Onions.
The noodle I used was the same as that used for the Vietnamese Pho.Verdict :
Nice n simple n fast to prepare.
Can add more water for more sauce.
Will do it again.

i like the chocolates that you made. Just melt the chocolate the freeze it?
hmm, they call it candy here. i melted them in my microwave for 30s... then pour into mould. no need to freeze, put in the fridge will harden very fast liao.
i see if i have a picture of the packaging... :)
