Anniversary Makan

This was @ Rancho Vista - I forgot the name of the restaurant but I think it was Dragon something... It was the night before our anniversary.

We had the Peking Duck, which also came with the soup (I think cooked with the bony part of the duck)

We also had the house hor-fun but I forgot to take a picture of it.

A Simple n Quick Christmas Dinner

Here's what we had for Christmas... We like this brand of frozen pizza (with a coupon it cost us $3.50)... But of course we did not finish it. We only managed to eat half of it. The rest will probably be for lunch tomorrow or snack later.

Longan + Nata De Coco Agar-Agar/Jelly?!

We have been invited to dinner tomorrow. The host said that there would be us and another friend. So I made this to bring along with a bag of chips and 2 bottles of dessert wine. Hmm, I'm not sure about the name of this, but essentially it is something like more like agar-agar but taste like jelly (in terms of sweetness). I used a can of longan and a half pack of nata de coco. Hope it's nice!

Gigantic Bag of Popcorn

Got this bag of popcorn for $7.50 at the street fair. Huge bag of Kettle Corn. The picture says it all. We think we should be able to finish it in a week. 3 days gone, I think we managed to eat about one-quarter of it. Haha!

Ken's Birthday - Saturday, 22nd September 2007

We had lunch at Miss Saigon, which is a Vietnamese Restaurant. The food is nice and the price is pretty reasonable for us to eat out here. We enjoyed the lunch very much.

We always said we wanted to try out this restaurant. We practically lived next to it on our 1st trip here. So we thought we would probably try all the restaurants near our old place on this trip. The food was nice and not at all salty, which is kinda hard to find here.
