200g minced pork
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp shaoxing wine
60g castor sugar
1 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
1. Add in all seasoning.
2. Put the marinated pork on a piece of waxed paper.
3 Cover with another piece of waxed paper. Roll out to desired thickness using rolling pin.
4. Preheat oven to 150ºC or 300ºF.
5. Bake for 15 mins. Increase to 160ºC or 320ºF and bake for 10 mins.
6. turn the pork over and bake for a further 10 mins.
7. Let cool n cut into bite sized pieces.
