B/F : Peanut butter sandwich on wholemeal bread
Lunch : Char Siew Rice
Break : Fruit Juice (Carrot, Apple, Pear and Starfruit)
Dinner : One garlic chicken hotdog on wholemeal bread
Bedtime : Magmesium with Calcium Tabs

Monday (13 Sept 2010)
Before B/F : Vitamin B Complex Tab + Iron Tab + CoQ10 Tab
B/F : Beehoon with fillet n long beans
Lunch : -
Break : Ham n Cheese Bun + Butter Sugar Bun
Dinner : Ham Sandwich on wholemeal bread with lettuce

Go Lean in Every Way

I'm back.... Sudden inspiration to re-org the kitchen...

Anyway, went to the market this morning. Bought a bunch of stuff, with the resolve to eat better while spending less and hence the title - Go Lean in Every Way. Here's what I got...

Organic Red Brown Rice - 2kg for $8 at Chong Pang Market




I put it in a tight seal container.
I pasted both the stickers on the packaging on the container for reference.


Dun forget to recycle the packaging to throw your waste.


2 Sakura Chicken Breast (bone-in) for $4.40 (748g)


Australian Broccoli for $1.60 (236g)


Mushrooms from NTUC. Forgot the price. Should be about $3 for both.


2 Bitter Melon for $2.16


Prepping for 2 to 3 meals

Tonight : Mushroom Chicken, Broccoli with Carrot, Chicken bone with Bitter Melon Soup, Bitter Melon with Egg

There are more than enough ingredients for both my meals tomorrow since DH will be dining at work for his meeting. Planning to have macaroni chicken soup or some variation tomorrow.
