Baked this for Tuesday morning's fellowship.

Fell sick and did not turn up for fellowship.

This stayed in the fridge till this morning when hubby brought it to work.

Hey! I'm back! My hand is finally much better... so here's dinner for today...

- Watercess Soup with Dates and Lean Pork

- Sesame Oil Chicken with Dark Sauce

- Butterhead Lettuce with Fresh Shitake Mushrooms

- Cold Dish Tofu with Spring Onions

Random Stuff

Saw this brand of eggs in Shop n Save.... Bought it cause the branding looks pretty cute. Besides, I saw the word "sanitised". Haha... Like no difference le, but the egg feels very clean, unlike other brands, sometimes u can feel got one layer of something on the egg or worse u can see some residue of stuff. *_*

Was at Phoon Huat on Saturday. Bought plastic boxes, bag of walnut, measuring cups and curry puff mould. (^_^) Wait for hubby to come back and I can bake stuff for him. He likes all the baked stuff, very supportive. =p
